Pauley`s Original Crepe Bar in Atdens

I love their crepes. The sweet ones are the best, but the savory ones are good too. This pic is not doing it justice, but the The Bulldawg crepe is great. And I love the Terrapin Dip! Plus I love the way the restaurant looks. It is really southern looking and fresh. It's my favorite place in Athens to eat.

Great food Variety of cold beer.

The apps rock the beers are as unique as the food itself. I thoroughly enjoyed lunch here and will go back again to try something different. No matter what I'll be getting the chicken appetizer every time I go though.

Very noisy. 99% Girls. It's a girl's bar. Nothing wrong with that. We just thought it could be better. Loud and flat beer. Though there is a huge draft beer choice. Just not my kind of bar.

Went her halloween day for our three year anniversary. We sat outside and Grace was our server. First of all, Grace is phenomenal, period. Her smile, energy, and friendly attitude just made the experience even better. The drinks, perfect. The food, delicious. The experience, awesome. If you are new to Athens or visiting, Pauley's is a must!

Nice bar good selection of cocktails... Definitely have one of their signature martinis. Too much frat boy feel. All the dudes we're wearing the same shirt and I don't think it was on purpose. 😁

We really enjoyed everything from warm Bri to the crepes to the yummy selection of beers! This place is a must enjoy!

The crepes here are wonderful! My personal favorite is the strawberry Nutella (a dessert crepe). So delicious! A must try. Their busy times are pretty crazy, so be prepared to wait or go at a less busy time.

Daughters and I visited- seated almost immediately. Food came out hot for hot and cold for cold. Service was great. We will return.

Great bar and you have a nice view of all the girls walking by in downtown Athens.

I'm a crepe hound, y'all. I'd do just about anything for crepes but they're really testing me over here. I've never seen so many men's thighs under short khaki shorts. It's a real shame because it's hard to find a good crepe around here but because of those types, I don't know if I can go back.

Stood up waiting for over 30 mins .. waitress kinda rude, we went to sit down and she told us to keep waiting. The whole half hour I'm looking at the same 5 open tables .. finally just walked out. There are too many better places nearby.

Everything is great, but the Chicken Chop is to die for... Seriously!

Food was awesome! Servers should keep their eye on customers instead of pretty girls which is why we rated 4 star, however, we highly recommend Pauley's as they offer a different food variety instead of a bucket of fat fries I can never eat, who doesn't like that?

I honestly used to love this place and the food but after meeting the owner (Ben Worthy) I don’t know how this place is still open. He is the rudest person I have ever seen. Does not know how to talk to customers and he cusses and yells at them like they are worthless.

Slightly pricey for my personal budget, so I use Pauley's as a special-treat-yourself restaurant/bar for special occasions. Food is pretty good though

The food is delicious. The service is good, but not great. The super loud music gives a unneeded club atmosphere. The high ceilings and loud music combined with everyone yelling to hear one another is too distracting & unnessecary. The food is too good for the distraction. Been several times and the volume is my only negative. The bartender could barely hear us and we were the only 2 sitting at bar.

We were passing through Athens, on our way from Augusta to Atlanta. We took a side tour and stopped in front of Pauley’s to check out the area and decided to look at the menu. We ordered the chicken and sausage gumbo, which had just the right amount of heat and good flavor. The salad had strawberries, walnuts, green apples, spinach and we added chicken to it. It was crisp and refreshing. We finished with the apple pie crepe which had cinnamon and graham crackers that paired nicely with our coffee. We also ordered a Brie and apple sandwich to go that we enjoyed a bit later. There is more than crepes (and apples) and there is a solid drink menu but we were traveling so didn’t partake. The flavors were good, the portions were just right and the environment was bright and airy. It was a very enjoyable discovery.

My girlfriend and I were here tonight, standing next to the 'please wait to be seated' sign from 9:13 pm to 9:26 pm. Then we left. They probably had had enough business and were done for the night. Too bad I can't give zero stars.

I took a group there and we all enjoyed it! If you want crepes, it is definitely the place to go. I had the Chicken Caesar crepe and it was fantastic. One woman I was with got the vegetarian meatballs crepe and said it was the best vegetarian meatballs she had ever had. The crepes are very filling and the wait is a little longer that I expected, but overall delicious. We even took dessert crepes to go and they were all good too.

This is one of my favorite go-to places in downtown Athens! It can get busy on the weekends so finding a seat can be a little tricky if you're there with a larger group, but it makes for a fun atmosphere. Their peach martinis and food is delicious. I usually get their buffalo chicken or mediterranean crepe.

This place rocks! Food is great and if you like a fun club atmosphere while you enjoy food and drinks in a French Cafe setting, then hit them up after 9 PM. It's phenomenal!

An original take on the familiar sandwich done with excellence. Part of the downtown Athens scene, but not dominated by students. Dessert crepes are amazing. Extensive bar and great happy hour prices during the week. Bar is not overpriced. Excellent service. Many long term waitresses who recall the customers.

Great place with a fun menu! Food was spot on, the service outstanding and the drink menu also spot on. Definitely a busier place making it an energetic, fun atmosphere! I have taken my crew in here more then a couple times for staff outings and even to complete the beer card they've got going there where you get your pic up on the wall! Go in and have fun!

Crapes here are amazing. Good beer prices and a very large selection.

The manager at this restaurant may be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. After waiting for 30 minutes when there was an open table that they wouldn't sit us at, the manager wouldn't make eye contact with us. After asking to speak to him, he was extremely rude, and told us "There are plenty of other restaurants besides mine that will be happy to serve you." Worst customer service EVER for average food. Do not recommend.

Wow ...amazing crepes... Absolutely must have

Wow first time I have ever been told that we can't even serve you. We waited an 1 .5 hours to be told that! Was told order was not even in yet- sorry kitchen falling apart. Gift card would have been nice. Wow! Hard to believe!

The food and drinks at this place are great! It's very popular, though, so there will be a wait, but the wait is definitely worth it!

Expensive weird food, it was Athfest and I was served a martini by a young guy that had clearly never made one and felt treated like a tourist. I clearly wasn't one of his " Bros" so my service sucked. Taking this off the list, don't waste your time.

Got the berries and creme crepe to-go. Got home to find there was no creme or powdered sugar. We called in and they said they would get us a different crepe and called back and said that they couldn’t reimburse us or give us another crepe. As consolation they offered to put creme and powdered sugar on our 30 minute old, soggy crepe.
